Added Preview with Template Support for Prior Transcriptions. The Get Prior Transcriptions (Shift+F1) function previously had a Preview button to see the body of old transcriptions. A "With Template" checkbox has been added. When checked, the Preview button will now show the entire delivered transcription; that is, with the print template.
