Emdat has recently upgraded it's printing architecture to a component that is more advanced.  If you've been a client with us for more than two months, you are probably using our old Printing component (called MeadCo).

Recently, an Internet Explorer patch that was put out by Microsoft caused the MeadCo component to break.  Fortunately, our new component works fine.  If you have upgraded your browser, you may not be able to do a "Print All" using the MeadCo component.  There are three ways to remedy this problem:

1. Remove the Microsoft update that broke the MeadCo component (not recommended).
2. Upgrade your client to the new printing architecture (recommended).  To do this, please contact our helpdesk.  They will switch you over and give you further instructions.
3. Add Emdat as a trusted site to your browser.  You can do this easily by downloading and running the following applet:  Emdat Trusted Site Applet
