| Attach Selection to Playback Highlighter (Ctrl+F12) | Selects the text currently being highlighted during playback. |
| Move Playback to Cursor (Shift+Ctrl+F12) | Moves the dictation to the point indicated by the position of the cursor in the transcription body. |
| Split Transcription at Cursor (Ctrl+Alt+S) | Useful when a clinician dictates for two patients on one dictation. This function creates a new transcription and marks the position of the cursor in the current dictation. |
| Check Spelling as you Type | When checked, this function will underline misspelled words in red as you type. |
| Use Double-Space After Sentence | Automatically places a double space at the end of a sentence. |
| Insert Line Break (Shift+Enter) | Inserts horizontal line break at cursor. |
| Toggle Section (Ctrl+Alt+H) | Adds or removes a section in the transcription body. |
| Toggle Sub-Section (Ctrl+Alt+J) | Adds or removes a sub-section in the transcription body. |
| Toggle List (Ctrl+Alt+V) | Adds or removes a bulleted list in the transcription body. |
| Indent List | Indents the current line in a bulleted list. |
| Unindent List | Unindents the current line in a bulleted list. |
| Increase Zoom | Enlarges the text in the transcription body. |
| Decrease Zoom | Shrinks the text in the transcription body. |
| Reset Zoom | Resets text size in the transcription body to the default setting. |
Note: These functions will not change the test size in the final document. They will only change the size as displayed in the AnyModal Editor. |
