For Emdat InSync software to work properly within your windows environment ( Macintosh computers are NOT supported by Emdat ) , you are required to meet the following software and hardware requirements:

  (Note: Windows 98 users - Emdat does not support any versions of Windows prior to Windows 98 SE, please upgrade Windows 98 before calling Emdat)
• RAM: 64 MB
• Sound Card with Speakers (or Stereo Headphones)
• Windows Internet Explorer 6 SP1 or greater (Netscape is not supported by Emdat)
• Windows Media Player: 6.4 or greater
• A monitor capable of displaying a resolution of 800 x 600 pixels
• Internet Connection: Dial up
