Removing and Installing Printing Components
( Note: If you're on a network with multiple users, please make sure your Windows Login ID has installing and uninstalling privileges.
If you're not sure, please contact your PC support person. )

 
Before proceeding, please close all internet explorer windows.
 

Open up a new " Internet Explorer " and click on " Tools "
 

Now C lick on " Internet Options "

 


Click on " Settings... "
 


Click on " View Objects "

 


You'll want to Delete all the " EMDAT " and " PowerTeam " Components.
Examples are highlighted in Red.


 


Select any one of the "Emdat " or " PowerTeam " components and click on " FIle "
Now select " Delete "


 


The " Remove Program File " window will pop up.
Click on " Yes " This will remove the component.

Now go ahead and remove the rest of the " Emdat " and " PowerTeam " components.
 


Once you have removed all the " Emdat " and " PowerTeam " Components,
Close out of everything.
 


Now log back into Emdat " Inquiry "


 


Once you're logged into " Inquiry " you should be prompted to download the
" New Edit Toolbar and Printing Functionality "
Click " OK "


 


The " Upgrading Emdat Components " window will appear.
Once the installation is complete, the window will disappear.
Now your ready to print your transcriptions.
