If the QA Feedback screen indicates that there are new Feedback items, but some or all of them are missing a filter may have been accidentally applied.
In this example, even though it looks like all of the filters are empty, there is still "No Data To Display." At the same time, it says there is 1 New Feedback item to view. This is because there is a space entered into the Transcription ID filter. Any of the other filters could also be excluding data from the list.
To ensure that all filters are clear of unwanted entries, press the "Clear Filters" button in the top right corner.
