Several different problems have been found with opening or viewing reports when using Internet Explorer version 8.
These problems have included the date fields not allowing you to select anything other than the current date and reports opening once or twice, but then requiring a restart of IE to open the next report.
These problems have been found with older versions of IE8. Upgrading to the latest version of Internet Explorer and installing any updates has resolved issues.
In order to install the latest version of Internet Explorer or install any missing updates please go to you Start Menu > All Programs > Windows Update
Follow the directions on the screen to install any missing important or recommended updates to your machine. Please note: you will probably need to restart your machine to complete this process.
After running the updates, any issues with reports should be resolved and they will function again as normal.
