InScribe 6 - How to Submit a Support Ticket

One of the great new features of InScribe 6 is the web ticket submission option for MTs. This feature allows the MT to send a ticket to the helpdesk directly through InScribe; if the MT is experiencing performance issues or seeing error messages, the ticket attaches log information from the user's InScribe session which can be extremely helpful in finding out the root cause of the problem.

Submitting a Ticket Through InScribe 6

Click on the menu below the minimize, move window, and exit buttons in the top right corner of InScribe.

Click on About in the menu.

In the About InScribe window, click on the "click here" link at the bottom of the window to open the ticket submission form.

In the ticket submission form, please fill in your contact information so the helpdesk can reach you with updates on the ticket. Depending on your transcription company, this information may already be populated.

In the Comments field, please fill in a description of the issue or question you have in InScribe. Be sure to click on Submit after all the information has been entered.
