This article will discuss a solution when you are notified that you have feedback, but when you attempt to view them, it shows you have no feedback.
You may be notified you have feedback from your manager or at the bottom of the InScribe window:
But, when you go to your feedback, you see a message stating: You have no pending Feedback items that match the current filters.
This happens because there is a filter added to one of the columns that you do not see or are not aware of. Sometimes it is difficult to see where this has happened because it could just be a space added to one of them.
Please use the Clear Filters button to resolve the problem:
