If it is configured to do so, InScribe has the capabilities to select to which InScribe server it is connecting. This could resolve issues relating to uploading, downloading, or connection error messages.
Then follow these steps to change servers.
1. Close InScribe if it is open.
2. Open the program but do not log in.
3. Use the below pictured pull down menu to change to an alternate server:

4. Log in like normal.
