If there is an issue with a transcription the first thing you need to do is figure out if this is a print template issue or a document template issue. The easiest way to do this would be to click on the edit button on the transcription. If this is not in the body and the issue is above or below it please put in a print template ticket. Anything on the edit screen was typed by the Transcriptionist. Make the fix and contact the transcriptionist so the same mistake is not made.
If you notice this happening to a heading in the body then the transcriptionist may not be typing this in. It could be coming from the document template. First thing to do is correct the transcription then Log into Incommand --> Client Maintenance --> Document types --> Edit document template and correct. After the issue is fixed on the document template this will ONLY FIX TRANSCRIPTIONS GOING FORWARD.
