Software as a Service

Emdat can be your IT department, offering MTSOs software as a service. Our Suite of Applications includes support from our implementation, help desk and interface teams, as well as all maintenance, interfaces and upgrades costs. Emdat has various teams of individuals that support the distinct mission of providing quality products and responsive service to our clients. These services are included at no additional charge.

IMPLEMENTATION TEAM

Emdat's Implementation Team consists of dedicated, experienced professionals who make it their job to seamlessly transition an MTSO’s clients to the Emdat platform. The support team works with the MTSO's team throughout the conversion process. New customers of the MTSO are brought on to Emdat with the same care and consideration.

INTERFACE TEAM

Emdat's Interface Team consists of individuals well versed in the healthcare interfacing standards that are used today. Emdat's team of professionals will work with Emdat's Implementation Team as well as the MTSO's team to meet the needs of the MTSO’s customer. EMDAT includes interfacing with third party systems as part of its standard service. Real time HL7 interfaces as well as batch interfaces (Word, PDF, RTF, etc) are not chargeable to you or your client. In the event an interface requires a customized user interface, EMDAT charges $125 per hour for development. With over 2,300 medical facilities using EMDAT, EMDAT has only charged for this service twice in its history. Both times, the interface was customized with a user front end designed to meet client specifications.

SUPPORT/HELP DESK TEAM

Emdat's Support/Help Desk Team is available for questions and guidance 7AM to 7PM CST Monday through Friday. Emdat's mission is to provide a live help desk team member to each call and solve issues as quickly as possible. All Emdat servers and applications are monitored 365 days a year, 24 hours per day.

ARCHITECTURE/OPERATIONS TEAM

Emdat’s Architecture/Operations Team maintains all servers and consistently provides clients with fast response time and a dependable system. They ensure that clients have continuous, worry-free access to all applications by monitoring the activity of all servers. Emdat's scheduled uptime is consistently above 99.997%.
