RANDY OLVER

Chief Executive Officer

Randy joined Emdat in February 2009 as a vice president.  A resident of Whitefish Bay, Wisconsin, Olver earned a bachelor’s degree in business from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and a MBA from DePaul University.  He worked at US Bank for 17 years and was most recently a senior vice president managing Milwaukee’s National Corporate Banking group.

KEVIN SALIGA

Co-Founder, Vice President of Application Development

Kevin has over 17 years of experience in application development and 11 years of experience in developing solutions for the medical industry, writing and managing development of solutions for transcription, medical records processing, and other clinical related processes.  Combining all that he learned from his experience in developing systems for other medical institutions, along with radically new ideas brought to him by the other founders and the advancement of technology, EMDAT's application suite was designed as a one-of-a-kind solution.

Prior to joining EMDAT, Saliga managed development at NeuroSource, Inc., a practice management company, and Medical Associates, P.C., a large multi-specialty clinic.

BOB HAUGEN

Vice President of Sales

Bob Haugen joined Emdat in July of 2006 as Vice President of Sales and Marketing.  Bob has an extensive healthcare background starting as a sales representative in 1979 for Deseret Medical selling operating room disposable products.  After 11 years and a few promotions Bob left for a start up company called Pyxis as an Associate selling automated pharmacy distribution systems.  Pyxis completed a successful IPO in 1993 and in 1994 was the fastest growing company in the nation.  In 1996, Bob left to become a Business Development Manager for Symbol Technologies helping to launch the medical vertical for Symbol's WLAN, bar-code scanning devices and portable pen terminals.  Bob was awarded #1 in sales in 1998 and the vertical was built to over $50 million in sales by 2002.  Bob left in 2002 to become a Regional VP of Sales with MediServe Information Systems selling software specializing in respiratory/physical therapies.  Bob left MediServe to join Emdat and has never looked back.

DAN BROWN

Vice President Of Information Technology

Dan's skills span many industries and include designing and implementing system architectures for federal government agencies.   Dan was responsible for securing communication links, application delivery and system architectures to Washington, DC from points around the world.  With 20+ years of infrastructure experience, Dan is an expert in enterprise virtual infrastructures, distributed environments, and architecting scalable hardware and software applications systems.  Dan most recently was the CIO at a national Home Warranty company where he spearheaded virtualized data centers, application development and provided leadership to enterprise customers implementing his Web Services.  Prior to joining the home warranty company, Dan worked as a consultant to the State of Wisconsin, where he was a key adviser to many Departments on Directory Security, Hardware life cycle modeling, and system monitoring.

DENNIS GRAY

Vice President Of Product Excellence

Dennis is focused on bringing customer requirements to Emdat's product development, as well as implementing methodologies to train users on Emdat's products.  He previously was Vice President of Customer Support at Emdat where he built the Implementation Team and Help Desk in our Madison office.  He previously was the Assistant Director of Health Information Technology at a large teaching hospital where he was in charge of the technology and process related tasks used in this large (600+ bed) hospital and outpatient clinics.  One project included selecting a transcription vendor for clinic operations and resulted in selecting two transcription companies that utilized the Emdat system.  Dennis has over 30 years experience in various technology roles, including technology application and infrastructure consulting, finance, technology planning, and administration.  Dennis holds a B.S. in Applied Mathematics and an M.B.A.

CHRIS ATTKINS

Director Of Customer Support

Chris has over 15 years of experience in computer technical support.  His previous experience includes positions in both the public and private sectors providing Information Technology related consultation services and support.  He holds the CompTIA A+, CompTIA Network +, CompTIA INET+, and the Microsoft Certified Systems Engineer for Windows NT certifications.
