Conference Location
Emdat’s 2011 User Conference will be held at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North, Scottsdale, AZ, bordered on the West by Phoenix and the McDowell Mountains to the East.
Located in the cooling foothills of Pinnacle Peak, the Four Seasons Resort blends flawlessly with the surrounding environment. Each room has a gas-burning fireplace, magnificent desert views, and patio doors that open to a private landscaped terrace or balcony. This breathtaking property offers a luxurious spa, access to renowned courses at Troon North Golf Club, and exquisite dining.
Popular attractions for newcomers and groups, Reata Pass and Pinnacle Peak Patio are replicas of 1880s western towns. They include steakhouse restaurants and live music. (Both are located next to the Resort.) Old Town Scottsdale, a short, twenty-minute drive from the Resort, offers some of the finest galleries, specialty retail, cultural attractions and dining in the Valley of the Sun. Downtown Scottsdale is at the heart of the city's art scene, with Contemporary and Western Art, Theatre 4301 and a wide variety of outdoor sculptures set amid the lush green lawns and sparkling fountains of Civic Center Mall.
Conference Agenda
The conference kicks off Monday evening with a cocktail party. Classes for the conference will be held Tuesday and Wednesday from 9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. A class agenda is available online.
Conference Fees and Registration
Conference fee is $400. Registration includes entry to all sessions, refreshments, a cocktail reception, continental breakfast, a lunch, and a dinner. Guests of conference attendees can attend either the cocktail party or the dinner for $75 per guest, or attend both events for $125 per guest.
Booking Your Room
Emdat encourages conference attendees to book their accommodation arrangements immediately following completion of conference registration. An amazing room rate of $163 per night plus tax will be honored December 9-16 for guests who book before November 11, 2011. After November 11, 2011 room reservations cannot be guaranteed.

This deposit will be refunded if the reservation is cancelled more than 30 days before the event.
